As a continuation of an action heroes line up beginning with the Final Lightsaber Duel, there were two more multipacks planned. These would include a Jar Jar Binks vs Destroyer Droid and Qui-Gon Jinn vs Battle Droid. Unfortunately these two sets were cancelled and never made it to toy shelves.

Fun Fact:

This action figure set made it as far as paint samples and mock up packaging engineering pilots. However, the Qui-Gon Jinn (Jedi Master) figure later was released as part of the Saga basic figure assortment in 2002.
